Performance characteristics:

1. Equipped with electric heating tube heating device, the main heater power is 4000W, the auxiliary heater power is 2000W, adjusted by 2 PID temperature controllers;
2. The stainless steel reflector is used to enhance the heat radiation performance applied to the mask;
3. The metal head mold device can wear a mask and breathe freely;
4. The metal head mold sliding track can move its horizontal position to adjust the distance between the mask and the radiation source;
5. Equipped with a water-cooled heat flow meter device to measure the heat radiation flux at a standard distance;
6. Equipped with artificial lung breathing device, the breathing is a sinusoidal output mode, which truly simulates human breathing;
7. PLC control mode, respiratory frequency and respiratory volume can be set freely;
8. The micro-pressure sensor device automatically detects the failure of the mask during the test.

Test Results:

Test duration 20 minutes (if there is no significant abnormality)
If the sun visor is damaged, or other components show signs of damage, the explosion time will be slightly extended
