Instrument introduction:

Roof combustion test system is an instrument to evaluate the fire resistance of roof and components under simulated real conditions, and to evaluate the grade A~C of samples under the conditions of A 1.82m, B 2.4m and C 3.9m. At the same time, it can be used to test the flame retardance of photovoltaic cell modules.

Equipment technical parameters:

1. Plywood roof covering material, dimensions: 1,300(W) × 1,000(D) × 120(H), for mounting test samples
2. Stainless steel fan-shaped adjustment plate, the test angle can be adjusted, the size is: 1,440(L) x 940(H) mm
3. The main frame is used to support the test stand, corrosion-resistant steel structure, the size is: 1,020(L) x 1,000(D) x 1,473(H) mm
4. Non-combustible plate assembly, installed at the front end of the frame, simulating the eaves and cornices, extending the flame from the burner to the sample, the size is: 330(W) x 2,130(D) x 584(H) mm
5. The air flow rate of the test bench panel is: 19±8 km/h (5.5m/sec), and equipped with anemometer monitoring
6. Independent exhaust duct, which can extract air from the outside of the laboratory
7. A honeycomb filter is installed in the air duct, and guide vanes are installed at the gas inlet
8. The material of the air duct is made of stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion and high temperature resistant. The size is: 2,130(W) x 762(H) x 5,200(L) mm
9. The fan is 220V, 50HZ, three-phase electricity, equipped with a reverse system that can automatically adjust the wind speed, and the minimum flow rate is 300m3/min
10. The inverter has the function of infinitely variable speed, which can be adjusted between 0-100%.
11. Gas burner (for intermittent fire, flame propagation and flying fire test), 1.12m long, 60.3mm in diameter, with a 12.7mm wide and 0.91m long slit on the side facing the test plate
12. The gas burner can provide 22,000Btu/min (387kWh), and can automatically adjust the gas flow rate according to the three combustion levels of A, B and C
13. Computer system: industrial control computer + first-line brand 21-inch monitor. Equipped with professional PC test software;
14. Equipment power supply and power: power supply 380V 50HZ three-phase five-wire system, power not less than 30K2.
